Bet game reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This is a standard process used to confirm identity, verify age, and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period of being requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet game username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason. Bet game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currencies are accepted and no currency conversion is applied by bet game.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. Bet game does not accept withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that have not previously been used for a deposit on your account.
Bet game does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider directly.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Bet game will notify the registered mobile number before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts after this notification period.
A bet placed on bet game is final and binding once you have confirmed it in the betslip and it has been accepted by our system. You will receive a confirmation reference number for each accepted bet. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance except where a Cash Out option is offered and explicitly triggered by the player before the event concludes.
While bet game strives to ensure odds are accurate at all times, errors can occur due to technical issues or data feed delays. If a bet is accepted at odds that contain an obvious and manifest error — meaning odds significantly different from the true market price that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect — bet game reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. We will always communicate any such void clearly.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours from its scheduled start, or otherwise fails to complete under circumstances that make the original betting conditions void, bet game will void all bets on that event and return stakes to player accounts. Accumulator bets containing one voided selection will be recalculated without that selection at odds of 1.00.
In-play or live betting is subject to brief delays between events occurring and odds updating. Bet game is not liable for bets placed during any technical delay. Any bet placed after an event's outcome has already been determined — for example due to a significant transmission delay — may be voided at our discretion.
All casino games, virtual sports, and crash games offered by bet game use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. These systems are regularly audited by third-party testing agencies to ensure statistical fairness. Bet game cannot influence or alter the outcome of any game round once it has commenced.
Published RTP percentages for all games on bet game represent the theoretical long-run return across millions of rounds. Individual sessions may vary significantly from the published RTP — this is normal and expected in any game of chance. RTP figures do not guarantee specific outcomes within any single session.
In the event of a technical malfunction that disrupts a game mid-round, bet game will review the round and either complete it using recoverable data or void it and return the player's stake. The decision of bet game in such technical matters is final. No compensation beyond stake refund will be payable in the event of a system malfunction.
Crash games use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. The multiplier at which each round crashes is determined before the round begins and can be verified independently by any player using the hash verification tools provided in the game interface. Where bonus abuse is identified, bet game reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet game platform. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities:
